Campus + barefoot + SEHS 2x (3-2-1) with CA

Comments:
Don't remember a whole lot, except running with CA, through campus for some barefoot, then to SEHS. It was nice, but the HR felt jacked. Barefoot felt good, then we headed to SEHS for some short speed. 3-2-1 is a nice change-up from the usual 200s, and I simply ran with CA, for the most part: behind her for the 3s, then let her have a headstart for the 2s, then pretty hard for the 100m.

Felt pretty good...
