Campus + barefoot with CA

Weather: on and off pouring rain - but nice & sunny for this block!

Comments:
OK day. Did some coaching and "busy work" in the AM, then CA came by to run. I worked on her sacrotuberous ligament (or at least I think that's what I was grinding on!), then we ran.

Easy down Pearl and 13th, per usual, then a good 2 miles on the turf. No HRM still - can't find the suunto strap, or the goddamn Scorshe charger! - so I probably got a little grindy when I got down to a sub-7 split.

Did a couple miles, then CA and I ran back to my office. Felt a little crappy in those final miles.

Rest of the day:
- more work
- saw David (coaching client) for PT, which was good. Super-stiff hip!
