SEHS "argument workout"

CA and I ran in the PM, due to her work schedule. I was rip-raring to go, but she wasn't feeling well. Long-story short: we wound up in an argument, me being a dick because I thought she was being super-negative and calling her out about it...but in reality, she really was ill.

I pushed her too hard to run faster, and the pollen was high enough to crank up allergies. And, as it turns out, she actually was getting SICK.

So we wound up doing 300s, with CA leading, and not feeling well - or running fast. So I led the second one, and she really fell off...then I got annoyed. And it just got back from there, to the point where we were YELLING at each during DURING reps! Yeesh. Really bad.

While she was definitely being negative and snotty, I was a huge dick. I feel bad about it, but we somehow reconociled before-during the cooldown

What we did: 10x300m (range 54-60 -- on my own I did the second half-5 reps in 54-55 range).
