Exercise Type: Run
Weather: nice-ish?
Comments:
I somehow came up with the run idea - doing short uphill sprints, with a twist:
- a "technical trail" downhill (on the trail between our apt complex and the S-M-J house)
- a super-short (50M) stride on the flat, thereafter
Ran from the office, to the base of Skinner (Pearl and 3rd), then:
- sprinted up to the trail
- "quick and efficient" down to S-M Blvd
- super-short jog rest (10s?)
- short sprint 50M
- jog back to 3rd-Pearl
Felt good to run fast (from my recollection), but got tired, fast!
