solo PRE + SPFD

Weather: 60, dry, nice

Comments:
Got some work done, then drove with CA to Oakway to run. REALLY nice afternoon, again - cool, dry and dry air. Nice combo.

Ran the first mile with her, from Oakway gym, into PRE, then ran on my own.

Felt OK -- HR was less grindy with the dry air, which was nice. But still a little sluggish and clunky: like 8s for 13x HR. Had a good "flick-pull" stride (I think). Ran all the way into SPFD (with a rare deuce-stop at Subway), then back.

Good lift (I think), after that. Kept the weights low, again.
