Weather: sunny! But still humid...
Comments:
Sun finally came out, holy crap! Got up "early" and ran to yoga. Felt OK. We were running late, so it got a little grindy (<8 pace). Felt good, but the humidity drove the HR to 140-plus.
Good yoga class...then ran home. Actually felt pretty good...
