Comments:
Met LLM at my office and ran her workout with her: grind mile, 4x800.

I let her take the lead in the grind mile. Her HR's been depressed this week, so I guess it didn't surprise me we ran a damn-near sub-7 (7:02?) bark mile! Yeesh! That's our 800 track pace! Oh well! She looked good.

From there, we jogged to the track. Did 4x800. I committed to 3:30 pace only, even though she just did a double of that on a slower turf. Good call, because she definitely had to work in the last two reps. She and I took turns leading.

Cold, rainy, windy!

Finished with one hard 200 to have her work on opening up her breathing.

Great workout for her. Man, TONS of potential

Got back to the office and realized I'd put in 7.5 miles! Oops!
