Comments:
Taper workout for the girls before Regionals. First good workout I've had in months. Convinced I was iron deficient. 12 min T, 2 min rest, 4x60 sec w/ 90 sec jog and 4x30 sec w/ 90 sec jog. Felt super awesome. Ran with Anna and Kammi during the tempo.
