Long Beach loop from hotel

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50s, cool, a little windy

Comments:
Up early to get in a run. I was VERY surprised at how:

- little sore I was
- how sore in the "good areas" I was: glutes, abs(!), and whole-foot
- low overall good-energy I felt
- how low the HR was

The usual from the Wyngate, down 90, all the way to Jeff Davis, through town, then the frontages back.

Splits: 8:15, 7:33, 7:35, 7:34, 7:11. All where in the 120s to 130s!

Rest of the day
- packed up, headed to the home
- hung out with Grandpa Steve, then airport
- some work at the airport, then parted ways
- TONS of work on the rest of the travel!

CA got me in PDX, then we had a nice dinner-beer at NePo, then home!
