Comments:
Had an early patient, then a break before a coaching client meeting. Ran from the office, intending to do a light-grind tempo run. It was sunny but damp and very humid.
Felt OK, but the tempo was brutally slow for the HRs incurred. Splits (AHR):

Pretty ridiculously stupid to have flat-ish miles be that slow for that HR. Annoying...
First tempo since Superior. Now nearly two months out, I think it's OK to start working this gear again.
