sleep in, then easy UO barefoot, partial-grind to Oakway and back to SEHS with CA

Comments:
Slept IN after last night's super-late travel day home. Did not sleep very well and felt pretty assy until we finally got out of the house around 3ish. Parked at SEHS and ran easy to UO, did some barefoot, where I actually felt really good! Split a 6:3x mile there, then kept going to Oakway. Split a couple low-to-mid 7s miles on the way.

Got in a good lift at Oakway: squats (up to 145), ring pulls, cleans, box jumps, abs and band glutes. My glutes feel stronger, on account of doing a wayyy better job of "knees out" the past couple weeks. Good feedback.

Ran easy with CA back to SEHS. Post-run:

- DARK!
- to MOC for groceries
- quick meal and pack-up
- drove to Yachats for the weekend!
