In a really shitty mood today: the mid-summer blues, I guess. SUCKS to be injured. Work is boring and really tiring. It seems like right now all I'm doing is the same, excruciatingly boring leg exercises with every damn patient. YIKES. While I like the interaction, there's zero chance I'll work in this setting. I need to use my brain (and my own body) a little better.

Came home just a-motivated and tired. Changed into biking clothes, then just collapsed on the bed and slept for over an hour before reluctantly mounting the bike. Very easy ride, very short, then back for circuits. Made some din-din -- amazingly under 1,000 cal, for once -- and I was in bed around 9.

Knee didn't feel great, but not terrible, either. Not bad for thrashing it yesterday. Taking more time off...as long as it takes to be sx-free. :| :| :|
