Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
No running this AM. Waited 'til noon and ran with Jeff. Felt pretty good; SIJ pain was much better after the "reminder" that I need to run "UPRIGHT" to let my L SIJ move, instead of my stupid-ass L lateral lurch I'd been doing for God knows how long.
Kept it "EASY" but we were rolling 6:30s steady once on the bike trail. I was just thinking about a smooth stride, and it felt very, very easy.
