easy double-Bates, strides, barefoot

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 55, mist, actually enjoyable

Comments:
Super-chill double "Bates" loop (named after our track coach, whose house we run by). It's maybe 1.2 miles, so we did it twice. It's a cool loop, but overgrown in a section where we cut past her property, back to Enterprise. I'll take care of that!

Once back at the school, we did 6x strides, working on different components (high knees, foot push, pawback, arm swing). AFter that, we did barefoot on the turf.

Fun day! Time trial tomorrow.
