"easy" UO barefoot + PRE

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: nearly 60, but gray

Comments:
Saw a couple clients in the AM, hammered out coaching, then went for a run around noon. Nice day! Felt a bit of allergies, though.

Ran to UO, did about 2 miles of barefoot (some left achilles-lower calf), then ran to Fairmount and UP to PRE's rock: trying to get more "easy" hills into the regimen.

Ran down, across Franklin, and into PRE and SPFD and back.

Felt...OK. Grindy-ish. Breathing was "easy", but the effort wasn't. Legs are still heavy.
