5x Mr. Spectacular 25 lb dumbells

5x Sandbag half moons each side 40 lb SB

10x Russian twists each side 45 lb plate


(4) 3 rounds
Heavy Rock Squat & Carry (6x squats, 30m carry) 40 lbs


3x Sand bag getups each shoulder 40lb slam ball
