Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Busy day: 3 clients, then hustle to catch a plan to MSP. Got home around 11, then went for an easy jog.
Legs prrrretty heavy: quads aren't super-trashed, but just heavy. Glutes sore, so I'm hoping that's from using them well on Hardesty.
Ran to drop off the rent check for the clinic, then basically ran home. Did x5 strides on the bark, before heading up the hill.
Quick hustle to the airport. Got TONS of work to do, yet...
