Ridgeline from home: to Blanton (met CA), then powerline, up Spencer, down Ridgeline

Comments:
Slept IN. Long day, late night. Just so much to do!

Ran with a 20 minute head start up to the Blanton TH of Ridgeline. Big climbs. Felt OK. CA met me there, and I did x6 strides before she arrived.

For variety (and hiker avoidance) we kept going up the hill to the backside of the ridge, and ran the trail + dirtroad eastbound to Spencer. Apparently this adds 1.5 miles, but is really nice. From there, we ran the standard trail, alll the way up to the summit. It'd been a while.

Felt TIRED and at time struggled to keep up with CA, but felt better on the descent and final miles. Decided not to run home.

GOOD run. Even better for CA! She ran like 10 miles with 2000' vertical with next to NO symptoms! WOOOOO!

- Work. I'm WAYYY behind on so much shit, yeesh
- home, then jog to lift
- home, then working on the van!

Looks like we won't leave for CO in the AM, that's for sure.
