EASY out and back on Cummins Ridge

Comments:
Slept in in the van 'til TEN! So that was 11 hours of sleep! Got up and make "the fluids" while CA did her AM routine. We parked up at the Cummins Ridge TH, which is quite remote, and just ran from there. Grindy uphill that felt HEAVY for two miles...then two down. PLENTY. Showered at the van, then headed into town.

Busy morning in Yachats. Got brunch at the brew pub, croissants, then headed back to Eug.

Lifted weights at Oakway, then to work for me. TIRED!
