easy UO barefoot + Hendricks

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 60s, nice

Comments:
Worked, then got out at 8:15 for a run. Felt TIRED and sore, but otherwise pretty OK. Did about 2.5 barefoot, but it felt ROUGH on the lower legs and feet.

Then ran up to Hendricks-PRE's Rock, then down to Fairmount. Nearly 9 miles.

Rest of the day:
- relaxed and NAP at home(!)
- work
- cleaned up
- picked up my friend Keith, who flew in from Seattle to visit. Keith is one of my oldest "coaching clients" -- he was a freshman my first year coaching CC, back in 2002. Now 30, he's in grad school, on internship in Seattle. Went out for beers and dinner
