Weather: 80, nice

Comments:
Met up with Mike to look at his stride. Did a bark loop+, then watched him do 3-2-1 on the track. Stride looked GOOD...except for pelvis right!

We both hustled to yoga -- solid class. No happy hour after.

PM: groceries, then home. For some reason I ate some stuff, but wasn't really hungry.
