weights; easy bike to the garden

Comments:
The guys left early, at 445. We got up to see them off...then had some difficulty going back to sleep. But we did. Slept 'til past 9!

Very lazy day after that: walked to Friendly for coffee, home for brunch, did some stuff, took a NAP, then finally got out to workout a bit.

Ran downhill to the gym and had a good lift. Energy was good, and legs weren't too bad, but ankles were stiff (= I was under-pushing).

After that, we came home and biked to the garden. Just enough workout today!
