Comments:
Worked in the AM, then reluctantly got out to Hardesty. Crappy conditions again, but I want to keep the climbing habit.

No tunes, but listened to a podcast (Tim Ferriss with Philip Zimbardo -- on group dynamics, and the psychology of "time"). Felt pretty dang sluggish and, wary of the upcoming weekend, decided to bag it at 3-miles up.

No other run that day, though I considered it. I also considered driving out to the coast, but I'm gonna try to go to CC practice, tomorrow.
