September 29, 2017 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: RAIN! Not too cold, though
Comments:
Didn't sleep very well again last night: too much food, late, and dairy. (And likely too much beer). Up at 1:30 for a good 45min, so I was tired this morning
Treated two patients, then CA came by and I worked on her. Wish I'd worked on her, pre-tempo: her right hip was stiff, and I bet it would've been better and faster.
TIRED from the long run-workout, too. So it was all-in-all tough to go out into legit rain!
On top of that, the right heel and ankle was super-stiff (no tape). So we passed on barefoot and ran from the office, through downtown, to Alton Baker for the classic PRE route, then crossed over onto Fairmount.
TIRED. Legs (except for the heel) weren't too stiff or sore, actually, but the energy was just real low. Good hundred-mile training run. Ran low 8s with CA on the trail, which was plenty fast.
Ran up to PRE's rock and down, and just barely under 8. No adding on.
Rest of the day:
- home for brunch
- NAP
- went and saw two houses in SE Eugene. Didn't like 'em
- home for some work...
Wore the Zantes today for some heel support...but I don't like 'em at all.
