OFF - not much

November 5, 2017 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Other

Comments:
Slept pretty good; WAY better than last night. That I wasn't too fried out is suggestive that I didn't push that hard.

My LEFT knee and RIGHT ankle were super-jacked: the latter so much so that I literally could not take a step over it without limping. It stayed that way, 'til I found a lone strip of K-tape, which did wonders to restore the glide-mobility of the distal ankle.

ON the whole, stride-wise:

- it was super-efficient, I think, in the sagital plane
- I think I was shifted left (trunk), which overloaded the left knee

Oh well.

I was elated to find out that Tammy had finished at 5:30am, and David at 6:15. Really good.

The day:
- fairly restless
- half ate, and was half hungry...like all day
- hobbled around
- worked on BGD's knee
- CA and I went for brunch at Four Sisters. Solid. Felt cold and iffy
- came home, tried to nap. Couldn't, really
- had a "afternoon beer"
- at 5, we went to Rachael's for a fest with the Eveleth kids

Fun to hang out with them, and get some in-person feedback from Tammy. She looked shockingly good for having been up all night, running: just tired in the eyes, is all. Impressive. Her ankles and left knee were also F'd, so I brought the table in and worked on her (my fourth "client" of the weekend).

Left around 8:30 and ate again, and hung out with BGD.

Good weekend, all things considered. Always quality time.
