Wallowa on/off jog with CA

November 26, 2017 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: SUPER-windy, but nearly 60

Comments:
Had difficulty falling asleep, then slept very well.

Got up, packed up while CA did her routine, then we went for a run from the rental. Same as before, but less walking: 3min walk, then 2min on, 1:00 walk rest.

I felt OK...but arguably shittier than yesterday. Still congested and grumpy. CA's stride looked good.

Rest of the day:

- packed up and said bye to Courtney and Bert
- drove home: I drove the first ~2hr, then CA 4hr, which was clutch for getting work done. Hit some traffic but not terrible
- home to unpace
- weights

Had a GOOD strength session: split squats, arms, core. This is the BEST I've felt doing any sort of exercise since Rio

- post-weights: dropped off the car, then to T&G to "wedding plan".

Cool: 3 years ago, this weekend, CA and I ran together (with MrR) on Goodman Creek, then wound up having a beer together at T&G - our first real non-running hang-out. Who'd've thought we'd be getting hitched, three years later! :-)
