Ran from the office, after doing some AM work and coaching.
Felt...so-so. But I needed the workout, so I did hill repeats.
SUPER-ROUGH. Still leftovers from being sick, for sure. Like it HURT to breathe, in my throat and lungs. But I went for it, anyway, did 4, then pulled the plug.
Didn't look at the splits, but they were surprisingly solid!

Some decline, which was ill-related, for sure. Jogged back. Calves were so-so.
PM: went to yoga...only to forget my damn clothes! I had nothing, and no time to get anything, so I went to T&G and did work while CA went.
We had our home inspection today. A guy named Daniel Force did it, who happens to be a younger (late 20s?) trail runner. Good guy and really good, detailed inspector.
Inspection went well, but a lot of shitty flip-work, for sure.
