lunch yoga, then short run

Comments:
Busy morning: two clients, allergy shot, chat with Brian (about Running Analysis), then to yoga.

Our new objective is to get in two yoga sessions per week, and this noon, Friday class may work really well.

It's a 45-minute Heather class, and it was solid. I'm feeling better and better.

Post-class: home, then I quickly went on a run. Jogged easy down to Amazon, then down toward Tugman, then back via Amazon. Did some pull-ups, I recall. Then home...
