TBC + "5" (4) hill sprints

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 20s, cold, but clear

Comments:
TBC with our first day of speed. Ran directly to Morningstar. Our workout was almost thwarted by a SKUNK in the road...that we essentially chased down the road. It wouldn't veer off; it just kept bounding away! Shit.

I was "point man", hoping to scare it off. Eventually we think it went into a culvert and we snuck by. Disaster averted!

Did 5x 20-second hill sprints with the kids. I marked the first one, jogging ("Gate to stump"), then did the 4 with the kids. Managed to keep up with Kyler.

Jogged back, then weights. Good intro speed session!
