December 10, 2017 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: high 20s? Cold, but increasingly clear
Comments:
Slept in, did a bunch of strength at home, then finally went for a run. Decided to run with a Tim Ferriss podcast, which was key. Listened to Terry Laughlin, who was one of the first swim coaches to be form-focused. Good nugs!
Ran the same route as last week, but with an add-on into Springfield. Felt WAY better than last week, but still somewhat heavy: understandable from yesterday's grind.
Focused on:
- Tall & Forward
- STRONG foot push
- stride width
Ankle was pretty solid, early - a nice improvement. It got sore near the end, but then came around, once more.
Did x4 strides on top of hill, near home.
Rest of the day:
- worked (rested an hour)
- weights: GOOD session!
- Skinner Butte hike
- beer at T&G :-)
