Comments:
Last "winter break" TBC 'til we're back on the early schedule.
Easy Bates-Plus, then to the track. From there, the usual straights-curves, with 6 reps this time. CA helped me with form, getting me "over the top" and arched. Tough combo at high speeds.
Wasn't too sore from yesterday, and the ankle was seemingly fine.
Deadlifted with the kids. This stiffened by back (as it seems to do). Notable for this evening...
