TBC - easy + "straights & curves"

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: mid 40s? "Fake cold"

Comments:
Small but good group today: Kurt, Maddy, Sam. CA was with, and we all ran long Bates, then 6 laps of straights & curves.

Played with the difference in stride between:

- their "usual"
- "Tall & Forward" (no hip hinge, but "leaning" with a back arch"
- "THE HINGE" (e.g. "Firecracker")

Not entirely sure they perceived a difference. We've been tying together the run form with weights -- namely that hip hinge during squat and deadlift. I hope it helps.

Weights, then "breakfast".

Rest of the day:
- home to do coaching
- GOOD, informative massage session with Walter
- no other run

PM: yoga.
