Comments:
Ran after my 3pm client and before 5:30 yoga. Good shake-out, and good 100% nose-breathing run, again. Cool to get down to 7:30s on the bark while nose-breathing.
Good, packed yoga class, then beers with the Taylors, and Brent Adler.
