Short UO loop

May 31, 2018 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: nice

Comments:
Ran between clients this AM. Ankle wasn't too bad in the AM. Wearing orthotics, tape, but no brace: very little symptoms!

REALLY focused on:

* flick forward (= prevent "deflating" ankle)(
* pull beneath
* ...landing on whole (medial) foot

This worked pretty good.

Felt pretty solid. Not very tired, which was good. Nose breathed nearly the whole time.

I'm making a point of running past Hayward and "saying goodbye". Saw a guy -- like a college guy, buzz hair -- HUGGING one of the adjacent trees, set to be cut down, in advance of the stadium destruction. I would've chucked, but it's all part of the tragedy.

Rest of the day:
* had a good naturopath appt. She said I'm on the right track with my new supplements and we talked in depth about the crazy adrenal shit going on. We're gonna work on it.

* Sleep: pretty good, but a little gassy (that GF cupcake?)
* Energy: solid, but the histamine/pollen was high. Only took the half-Allegra last night
* Mood: solid. I DID get super-frustrated when I looked at Strava and the Hardesty Climb. My "par" medium effort is like 65-68. My fastest (never going all out) is 56. Max fucking King showed up, with Mario Mendoza, and ran 48! UGH. So annoying. Someday I'll be running better, again...

PM:
* more clients
* worked late getting shit done
* solo dinner (had a whole beer)
