Comments:
Ran between AM and PM clients, solo, from the office. Nose-breathed.
Callie was working late, so I had this idea to go to the YMCA to use the sauna. We used to go here a lot for WSER heat training, but I'd recently read about using sauna to detoxify.
Before the sauna:
* lifted weights (squats, curls)
* SHOT HOOPS! For a good 10-15min, solo. It was fun!
Sat in the sauna for >30min. It wasn't very hot, til we got some water poured on it. That was fine. I laid there, legs up, nose breathing. Very meditative. Felt VERY relaxed and in good spirits, after!
