Comments:
Slept for a good 2.5 hours - a solid nap! Got up to go bike with CA.

Pretty easy ride 'til we did the add-on to Gimpl. This somehow adds 30min to the ride, but it's pretty easy riding. I fell off about 2/3 of the way through the add-on, but came around again as we got back into town.

Good ride.

Post-ride:

* did some more light yard work
* I worked on CA (heel pain, that's also nerve)
* dinner
* late beer at Coldfire
