Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Woke up relatively early, did circuits, then hit the road for the long run. Pretty damn sore from the track session -- MORE SO than last week, which is pretty dumb.
Felt shitty the first 2 miles, then pretty good for the next 3, but the legs were sapped by running on the mushy woodchip on Rexius. Started cramping a bit on the tail-end of Rexius, d/t dehydration. Ironically, it was MEGA-HUMID -- had to be 100% humidity. As such, it was really hard to breathe -- I was breathing hard even though I was running maybe 6:50s! :|
Last few miles sucked: really sore and tired. 13 was a bit long, I think. Overall, it's a bit frustrating to think I used to run this much, DAILY, and now's it's this huge chore. Whatever: it's quality v quantity right now.
Shoes MIGHT be dead...we'll see....
Cleaned up house, cooked, and even WROTE A NEWSLETTER in the afternoon/evening. Not a horrible day...
