Comments:
Busy day. Patients in the AM, then "medical":

* PT in Junction City. Good session. Got my left pelvis loose.
* Allergy injection. Annoying.
* Etges, MD. Big-time acupuncture! The whole backside. Not very comfortable.

More patients in the afternoon!

Had barely any time to run, and when I did, I felt pretty rough so I kept it short. Just didn't really feel like huffing bad air.
