Weather: high 20s, sunny, nice
Comments:
"Long" run today. Knee was better, so I went for it.
Ankle wasn't too stiff initially, but while it improved...it didn't totally go away. Worked really hard on the posture, pawback, and cadence! Courtney has fast feet (even if she's wayyy upright).
Solid run but I was glad to be done.
Long but "fast" drive home. GREAT trip!
