2mi CD, stretch, 5*abs*30, 20*pushups

I figured I would run anywhere between 2:40-2:50. It was fun and I think I helped Brett along because "he wasn't gonna let me beat him" haha so that was a good thing. Could probably run closer to 2:40 if I opened in :30-:31 opposed to :28. Anyways, time for a week break.
