Campus + 4 barefoot loops with CA

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 40, chilly but humid

Comments:
Ran at lunch time with CA, after spending some time working on her, and she on me.

Felt pretty OK. Pretty sore, still, but not the stiff grandpa running from before.

Did four barefoot laps, then back.

Rest of the day:
* lunch at home. Getting upstairs painted.
* back to work. Spent a lot of time rolling and stretching (and not getting a lot of work done)
* cool afternoon new patient
* yoga at 5:30, and beers with Brooke.

Of note: back "feels" stiff, but is actually moving better. Good run posture FTW!
