Exercise Type: Walk
Comments:
Slept pretty darn well. No beer helped a ton. But still didn't sleep enough (<7 hr).
Ankles were pretty stiff, so I rolled 'em out a ton before leaving for Inshape. They were stiff enough that I just didn't feel like running, so I hiked for 25 minutes straight.
Solid day, but long:
* 2 clients
* 1hr break
* 2 clients
*...then like 2.5 hr of coaching! Ugh
