Pretty stiff today, but not absolutely terrible. Lifted weights with CA this morning before she took for a conference in PDX all week.

Busy but good day...but decided against doing anything other exercise, other than yoga tonight. Until I get on "the cream", I have to really emphasize actual recovery. I don't think my body (let alone me ankles) can handle a big ass run like that, without a rest day after.

Yoga, then beers, with Mike and David, then home. Boring night alone!
