Exercise Type: Run

Weather: mid 40s, rain

Comments:
Busy, long day, again. These BNI days get really long and draining:

* lifted weights at 6:15
* BNI meeting from 7-8:30
* "break" to eat breakfast and get coffee
* 1-2-1 meeting with an accupuncturist

After that, I snuck out for a run.

I knew it was probably going to be rough. The ankles were REALLY stiff today. I stretched and massaged, but...the run still sucked. I hobbled two-ish laps at Amazon, and they didn't improve, so I cut it.

SO frustrating. And old.

Turns out the feet, themselves, were super-stiff. I did some different stretching, post-run.

Rest of the day:

* x5 clients in a row
* to the YMCA for "a soak" (it sucks there: sauna is wayyy not warm enough; steam room is scalding)
* home to eat and pack up for tomorrow
