February 20, 2019 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Yikes, interesting day:
* Had an annoying training for BNI. It basically forced us to do a "power team", which adds at least one additional meeting to the obligations.
* Went in for a COLONIC. As part of the heavy metal treatment, I have to do chemical chelation (the IV drips that bind to the metals in my body), but that's not enough. Since you have to get it ALL OUT, Stiegler is mandating COLONICS: which essentially is filling "your butt" up with water, multiple times, and essentially pooping it (and any shit in your large intestine) out with it!
So yeah...had that done this morning. The woman was super-professional and nice (and crazy sidenote: she grew up IN AUBURN and helped with training Tevis horses in the 70s).
It was otherwise pretty uncomfortable. Getting a tube slid up your butt wasn't great...but the dozen+ influxes of water was super-uncomfortable -- like having bad gut rot. We didn't even get all the deuce out (e.g. it never "Ran clean"). But supposedly this is a great thing to do! I gotta do it a couple more times, at least.
After that
* Solid 1-2-1 at my office with a property management woman
Then went for a run.
Pretty sure I ran this solo. Felt remarkably good, and even cut down to mid-7s on the rolling and 7:00 on the flat back to the office.
