Briggs Hill Bike - "hot"!

Weather: 70, sunny, breezy

Comments:
No early patient, which was nice. Lifted weights in the AM, but that made my hip a little sore. Saw four patients between 8 and 1, including a cool new client with chronic “achilles” pain that is actually nerve pain.

Hammered out the 33-mile Briggs Hill loop on the bike today. SO NICE out! My watch was dead, so I didn’t get a full measure, but I’m pretty sure I did it in just over two hours! I rode in long sleeves, but in 70+ degrees, that was unnecessary. Really enjoyable ride.

Easy yoga class tonight, then beers with the Taylors. Hip was pretty good in yoga.
