Exercise Type: Walk
Comments:
AM hike plus weights.
NO extra pain at all last night or this morning. A little stiff in the groin, but felt nothing on the TM.
Hiked a full mile (16:xx). REALLY worked on "feet in" (ongoing really hard on the right).
Solid weight session, but still light on the leg stuff. SOME "rebound pain" in the L LE with single leg work.
No soreness in the AM, afterward
