Weather: misty, high 50s
Comments:
Slept in mostly. Callie and I worked on each other for a bit (more pelvic gapping for me) before heading down the hill to run.
She had a workout on tap; I was simply looking to run a couple decent miles, again. We ran a bark loop together before I peeled off for the turf field.
Run felt pretty good. There's still some soreness, and it's now most focal in the front-medial thigh: hip flexor? Adductor? I can't quite tell. I did some deep tissue work and circumferential mobs and felt like I was hitting on it.
Of note: this was THE BEST the right ankle has felt on a run in a long time! WAY better than Thursday's run!
Post-run: solid lift, which included hopping! Best it's felt yet!
