Comments:
Feeling saucy today. And now that I know it's my BACK that's causing my hip to be stiff, I'm really working hard to keep the back moving.
After studying, I met CA at yoga at 4:45 to run.
I made a questionable choice: I ate a butter-filled cookie (to break my fast at 3:00) at Meraki. Moderate mistake. The run effort was pretty rough, as a result.
Hip and ankle were OK. But 8:00 miles felt like 7:00
Great yoga session, but we were DRIPPING with sweat!
Post-yoga beers, just us.
Can't remember when the last time it was that CA and I ran TWICE together in one day! Feeling better...
