Biked before studying all day, CoreFirst Strategies class, with Andrew at my office. Watched videos and practiced, essentially from 7:45 until about 5:45 (with a too-long lunch at Sundial).
What I learned -- outside of class: my goddamn hip is (mechanically) stiff because of my back! Working my back (belly rub AP pushes) restored left hip flexing. It's starting to make sense...
